When Ticket Hub books/buys an event ticket, its responsibility is limited to arranging the ticket and sending it to the client. The event itself, along with its conduct, supply, and organizers are not in any way the responsibility of Ticket Hub.
Ticket Hub will do their best to keep the client informed about fixtures and event dates. Ticket Hub shall not be liable to any change of dates/timing of the event. It is the client’s duty to check the event time in any way he can. No refund or credit will be given in case a client misses an event or has any mix up with timing. The client must be sure of the exact event’s date / time before Traveling. Ticket Hub doesn’t accept no liability for the cancellation or alteration of an event.
All Tickets sold on Ticket Hub are Authentic and bought through the official sales channels.
All Tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable unless stated otherwise.
Buying a Ticket from Ticket Hub does not guarantee the client the admission to the Event Venue. The Venue/Stadium have their own Officials/Administrators, in charge of entry, in case the client’s actions or behavior is deemed unworthy, the client shall be denied entry, then the client shall not be granted admission. Ticket Hub doesn’t control or hold any responsibility of any accident, injury or incident sustained by the client in the Stadium/Match.
In some cases, a specific code must be generated, or an online account must be created before entering a specific match or stadium. It is the client’s responsibility to get this code or register from himself to authenticate his tickets to be able to get in, or else he will not. This doesn’t mean the tickets are not authentic, this means registering a fan id, getting a security code is a pre-requisite. Ticket Hub does not hold responsibility of Club/Association requirements. Ticket Hub does not decide if a client can be granted admission to the Event/Stadium/Venue.
In most cases tickets seats are guaranteed in pairs when stated, we also provide 3 or more seats together you can refer to the ticket description before buying. For large groups you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall try to accommodate your request.
In case the client bought Tickets and weren’t delivered on time or not delivered at all for any reason Ticket Hub will give the client a 100% refund on and will not be liable to pay for Flights/Hotels bookings paid/made by the client.
Lost or damaged or stolen tickets are not the responsibility of Ticket Hub or will replace them.
